• For all tours , we require a non-refundable deposit of $100.00 to reserve the date, with balance of tour cost due four weeks before tour or tour will be cancelled and deposit forfeited, if we have other tour requests for the date. Cancellation policy, two weeks notice in writing. Cancellation within one week of tour date is subject to no refunds. Payment in full is required for tours booked within 1 week of service, and are due on booking date.
  

For the Wine Taxi Public Shuttle service, we require a credit card to hold your reservation a non- refundable deposit of 50% , or a minimum of $20.00 per person.

• Balance is due one week prior to service or paid to driver before boarding with your reservation number or name. We can bill your credit card or we will accept cash only.
  

• Sales tax is added to your total.
  

• Our rates do not include gratuity for your driver/guide.
  

• Entered into between Western Reserve Touring Co., Inc (WRTC) d.b.a Ohio Wine Tours (OWT), The Wine Taxi, Lady Limo, and guest :
  

• Payment for Ohio Wine Tours service represents your acceptance of the all terms and conditions including the following:
  

• Your check, or your c.c. payment confirmation # is your receipt and Ohio Wine Tour confirmation.
  

• Cancellation within one week of tour date is subject to forfeiture of all payments made.
  

• You are responsible for informing your guests of our terms and conditions prior to your tour:
  

• Entered into between Ohio Wine Tours and all guests:
  

• Western Reserve Touring Company, Inc. our parent company shall not be liable for any damages due to the conduct or default of any third party service.           
  

• If you leave the scheduled route, we have no further obligation to you to continue service.
  

• We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage. 
  

• No alcohol will be consumed in any vehicle during a wine or brew tour.
  

• We reserve the right to end our service to you immediately in the event driver determines that conduct is disorderly.
  

• We reserve the right to refuse service.
  

• You and your guests guarantee to reimburse us for the following:
  

• Clean up fee: $150 per incident billed to the credit card on file or paid in cash during the tour.
  

•       Damage: We will bill your credit card for our replacement value for equipment or vehicle damages, plus installation and any fees associated with the damage, and any other losses incurred as a direct result of damage.
