The Wine Taxi FOUR HOUR TOUR, with or without lunch at Noon and 1:00 PM, makes boarding stops at lodging in Geneva, and Harpersfield Townships, in Ashtabula County. This is our "no frills" public shuttle,

If you miss the Wine Taxi at any of our lodging locations or wineries, we can pick you up to join the group. We reserve the right to charge an additional fee.

HOW THE WINE TAXI WORKS:

When shuttle arrives at scheduled time, get on and give driver your name and get a ticket. Get off at each winery on the route and enjoy tasting their wines ...for 40 minutes! We reserve the right to substitute wineries. You may not have the same driver all day, however if you make wine purchases, you will need to leave them in our vehicles. We will get them to you at the end of the tour. Be sure to clearly mark your name on your purchase.
Shuttle will not wait more than 5 minutes at each winery. Please make your wine purchases before you are scheduled to board!
Lunch at first stop, does not include wine. Wine purchases are not included in our rates.
Hop on the shuttle when it arrives back at the winery and show your paid ticket to the driver.
If you do not board when the Wine Taxi is ready to leave, we may charge an additional fee to pick you up to re-join the group.

Ohio Wine Tours and Wine Taxi! Are divisions of Western Reserve Touring Co., Inc. We do not guarantee timing of our service; not a private tour. Western Reserve Touring Company, Inc. our parent company shall not be liable for any damages due to the conduct or default of any third party service.
If you leave the scheduled route, we have no further obligation to you to continue service.
We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage.
Consumption of alcoholic beverages on the Wine Taxi is strictly forbidden!
We reserve the right to refuse or suspend service if these rules are violated
We reserve the right to end our service to you immediately in the event driver determines that conduct is disorderly. No refunds.
We reserve the right to refuse service. No refunds.
You and/or your guests guarantee to reimburse us for the following:
Clean up fee: $150 per incident billed to the credit card on file or paid in cash during the tour.
Damage: We will bill your credit card for our replacement value for equipment or vehicle damages, plus installation and any fees associated with the damage, and any other losses incurred as a direct result of damage.
Cancellation fee: 50% of payment received or $100.00 whichever is less.
Cancellation within one week of tour- no refunds. There is no refund for "no shows".
Minors may ride the Wine Taxi with an adult, however you must be 21 to drink wine in OHIO! Wineries may verify age before service.
