We drive your vehicle home also for an additional fee.
We do not allow open containers during shuttle service and tours.
No firearms or drugs in our vehicles.
Ohio Law prohibits smoking in commercial vehicles.

We require a deposit of the lesser of 50% of proposed tour cost, or $100.00 for transportation only tours, and 50% of a packaged tour including lodging, meals and transportation. Cancellation policy, two weeks notice in writing. Balance of tour cost due within one week of tour or tour will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Cancellation within one week of tour date, no refunds.
For the Wine Taxi Public Shuttle service, we require a non- refundable deposit of 50% , or a minimum of $20.00 per person.
Balance is due one week prior to service or upon boarding.
Sales tax is added to your total.
We do not add the gratuity to your fee, unless you ask us to!

Your c.c. payment confirmation # is your receipt and confirmation. Cancellation within 1 week of the service date is subject to a cancellation fee that equals your deposit. Balance due within one week of service date or service will be cancelled and deposit forfeited. Cancellation within one week of tour date, no refunds.
Payment for our service represents your acceptance of the all terms and conditions including the following:

Western Reserve Touring Company, Inc. our parent company, shall not be liable for any damages due to the conduct or default of any third party service.
You are responsible for informing your guests of our terms and conditions prior to your tour.
If you leave during the scheduled service, we have no further obligation to you to continue service.
We are not responsible for personal property loss or damage.
We are not responsible for personal injury to guests or event attendees as a result of accidents due to their own carelessness.
No alcohol will be consumed in any vehicle during our wine tours.
We reserve the right to end service immediately in the event that conduct is determined disorderly by driver.
We reserve the right to refuse service.
Clean up fee: $100 per incident and will be billed to the credit card on file.
Equipment damage: replacement costs will be billed to the credit card on file.
