Entered into between Western Reserve Touring Co., Inc (WRTC) d.b.a Ohio Wine Tours (OWT) and guest :
Payment for a Western Reserve Touring Company, Inc. (WRTC) tour represents your acceptance of the all terms and conditions including the following: You shall defend, indemnify, and hold us harmless and our officers, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all liability, loss, expense or claims for injuries or damages arising out of your event or this Agreement. WRTCo., d.b.a. Ohio Wine Tours, or it's agents or vendors shall not be liable for non-performance of the Agreement when such nonperformance is attributed to labor troubles, disputes or strikes, government regulations of, or restrictions upon travel or transportation, national emergencies, acts of God and other causes whether enumerated herein or not, which are beyond our reasonable control. We are not responsible for personal injury to guests or event attendees as a result of accidents due to their own carelessness, nor are we responsible for personal property loss or damage. All arrangements for transportation, meals, accommodations and/or all related tour services have been made by WRTCo. d.b.a. Ohio Wine Tours only as an agent. WRTCo. d.b.a. Ohio Wine Tours shall not be liable for any delay, mishap, inconvenience, expense, irregularity, bodily injury or death to person, or damage to property due to the conduct or default of any company or individual providing these services.
Disorderly conduct: OWT reserves the right to end service immediately in the event of fights, excessive drunkenness, or any other conduct determined disorderly by driver.
1. Absolutely no alcohol will be consumed in any OWT vehicle
2. Guests will not hold WRTC responsible for decisions or actions of any guests during or after charter
3. Vomit fee: $100 per incident
4. Spill fee: $10 per incident
5. Abuse of equipment: replacement of any equipment (tv, dvd, stereo, etc.) broken by guest
